President Obama’s SXSW Interactive keynote address on Friday began late but was worth the delay, causing a fascinating dialogue with Texas Tribune editor in chief Evan Smith. He spoke of hiring a “SWAT team” to pass Healthcare.gov after that fatal launching, as an example, and of a brand new initiative to help low income families afford diapers.
